ok right now im in the prosses of a full rebuild and plan on upgrading the fuel system with RC 550s,255 walbro, and the Aero FP regulater. Currently runing all stock except an old HKS PFC FCON. Just need to know if it will support the upgrade. I do have a Apxi SAFC 2 also or should i just go with the Lex maf

The SAFC will be incredibly useful along WITH a Lexus AFM. Another plus to the Lexus AFM is it is larger and will offer less restriction to your intake. Typically for a 550cc setup most people will do the following:

Fuel pump (walbro or equivelant high flow pump)
12-volt relay mod
J-tube mod (drill it or ditch it)
550cc injectors (most guys go with RC)
Adjustible Fuel Pressure Regulator (most guys go with Aeromotive)
Lexus AFM
SAFC (or equivelant)
Wideband O2 Sensor

Link to a fuel pump install/12-volt relay mod that I've kept bookmarked for when I do it on my own car....

Hope that helps :)

Actually Rx7 came with two known identical part numbers. One is high ohm impedance and the other is low impedance. You wanna make sure that you get the low impedance ones for a drop in and go.

I would for sure run the lexus maf from there its more what your more comfortable tuning. Depending on your air fuel ratio you might not have to tune at all.

Hmong is there an accurate way to identify the low imp injectors? I have read several posts here but short of having them in hand to test resistance how do you identify them?
