Fuel Rail Question

I need a new fuel rail for my '91 turbo, and was just wondering what I can use. Can I use an NA rail? And is there a difference between the pre '89 and '89+?

The rails are all identical for all years, 86 - 92, and all engine type, GE vs GTE.
