Fuel pump pre prime system

Anybody ever fitted a system that pre pressurises the fuel rail at IGN on prior to cranking on a 7MGTE?

I did it the other day and it works brilliantly, cuts cranking time to 3 compression strokes (1 turn of the crank) and illuminates heat soak completely too EVEN without fuel pressure VSV in the loop and this is from hot or cold.

Sounds like my old 22R Celica. Literally 'blip' the key (don't turn, just twist briefly and let go) and it was up and running smooth. My 1j does that on occasion, but it isn't something I can make happen every time...
