Hi.

I've installed a lot of new stuff recently (Aeromotiv AFPR, Denso 720cc, FPD bypass hose from DM) and started car yesterday. I could here loud knocking sound that feels when hand is on fuel supply SS hose).

Well, I started car and began to tune fuel map. At 3500RPM engine was shaking like crazy and lambda readings were unstable (injection time was the same)... I've checked timing, it was ok.
Today I tryed to put stock fuel supply line with FPD back... And could rev engine past 5K after very quick tune. So looks like FPD solved my problem...

But now I'm worried... Can't it return back under load? Any ideas how to solve it for sure? Are there any aftermarket FPDs? Or may be you know any car with large FPD in stock that can be easily used?

Thanks!

PS: Haltech E8 in batch injection mode here & walbro fuel pump.

lzalusky, what do you mean by problem? Just knocking sound left after dampener installation or you couldn't tune AFR?

PS: thank you for input

Just the faint knocking sound. Fuel pressure was stable.

I know... But batch is better than multipoint... And 550s were working fine in multipoint mode.

PS: I haven't enough channels to run injectors in sequential mode.
