fuel problems

I am trying to start my car already and i turned the switch and noticed it was shootin out gas out of a plate on the block intake side and it has 2 pipes where you can run hose to it one pipe goes to the fuel rail i figured that out using cygnus but doesnt show where the other one connects too.?! Ill upload a picture

that one connects to the hose that goes back to the tank.

theyre should be anothe loose hose

That's the j tube
The hose that's missing is your fuel return line(rubber hose)
