Fuel injector o-rings and rubber inserts & question about removing the timing pulleys

Has anyone used the fuel injector o-rings and rubber inserts from driftmotion? Do you recommend them? The ones from dm are significantly cheaper than toyota. Just want to confirm that they are of quality.

Also where can I find out what size/pitch bolts fit into the cam timing pulleys and the crankshaft timing pulley so that I can pull them?

On a 7M the can gears are just slip one. They are not pressed on. The locating pins hold them in place. Crank pulley I can't remember. It is probably M8x1.25.

Plus, I think Driftmotion probably uses Toyota o-rings.
But regardless, I've never had an issue with any brand o-rings.
