Fuel Cut/Maft Pro Tuning

Here is my setup;
Walboro 255 without 12v mod
rc 550's
aermotive afpr set to 25psi with vac, bout 35 without.
maft-pro with speed density
7M-GE with all turbo electronics.
57trim ct-26 stock psi bout 8-9psi
3inch ddp with 2 3/4inch dp back exhaust no cat.

I am hitting fuel cut around 5800rpm give or take and i dont know why, sometimes i dont hit it, but most of the time i do. sometimes it does go super rich 9:1 when i boosting sometimes(thats my lovely piggy back i'm still learning/tuning.) but why would i be hitting fuel cut at stock boost???

but how come i am hitting it, shouldn't that supply enough flow?? i'm only on stock boost. i might raise the fuel pressure see if that helps. and i am tuning but going slow dont wanna go to fast thought, little at a time. why would i be hitting it though, and how do i safely fix/remove fuel cut.

my "J" tube is also bypassed.

well for neone who cares i cranked my 'FOUT' to 1400 and my fuel cut is long gone and i no longer drop into the 9's for afr. i'm at about mid 10's and well pull a little fuel in the top end for that. maybe this will help someone in the future.
