They are somewhat expensive new from the dealer (Over $200 iirc). You can buy a used one in good condition for much cheaper. Either get it on this forum or go to a junkyard and see what they have.

yeah i've yet to hook myself up with a front lip. i'm afraid to buy one and then forget its there and rip it off a driveway in like a week.
i tried to do the homedepot lip mod thats written up somewhere on here. i got the bracketry done, then i drove it for like a day and caught myself tearin the shit up goin up a parking lot ramp. i didnt even have it done and i was already tearin it up, heh.
by the way, it always seemed to me like your lip is angled up at the sides. to my eyes decieve me?
