Front Bumper Conversion

i have a 87 model witch is the factory wide body and want to if it is possible to still do an 89+ bumper conversion being that it is that wide body model. i am worried that the bumpers will not line up right. if you have any information it would be much appericated.

you'll need quite a few of the brackets behind the bumper as well to make everything fit perfect...

but yes, all north american cars are widebody

If you don't pilfer brackets from your donor car the front signals and the little grilles next to them won't attach like they should.

I was going to do this but then I started to like my 87 bumper but supposedly all you need to make it fit perfectly is the 89+ nose, grilles, turn signals, and the bumper itself. Thats all you need as far as I know
