Fixing undercoating?

Anyone know what the undercoatings made of? My tranny got caught during the last engine pull and tore a chunk off.

I was thinking of getting a can of Rhino liner, the stuff for truck beds and redoing the transmisson well with that.

it does come in a can, its really fun to spray on, wear gloves, and cover anything the you do not want covered with this stuff.

I sprayed it on my Subaru's intake piping so it wasn't all blingy. It worked great, and made it look almost stock.
But then I scratched it, so i removed it all.
