Finishing up a project, need a few loose ends tied up HELP!

I'm almost done putting my MX83 Cressida back together and I can't for the life of me figure out where this stupid VSV bolts to. I have all the lines hooked up but It's just dangling there right now. It's in this picture, the blue thing next to the transmission dipstick:


This view is looking down under the intake manifold. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

mine always been dangling lol

there must be somewhere you can bolt it up, maybe in the block? like i said mine always been hanging there. But, mine stays right below the manifold.
