few problems after swap

okay guys so i finished my gte swap into my n/a car and everything ran great. i didn't drive the car for a few weeks, and now i have no vacuum from the top of the throttle body at idle. also whenever i hit boost the car cuts out like its getting fuel cut, but it also does it before i get to boost if i step on the throttle too quik. i dont know if the two are related, but they started at the same time.
7mgte swap, kn filter, 3" turbo back exhaust, greddy b.o.v., n/a trans and rear end

i'll pull my codes after i get off work tonight. it seems like it's going to be a fuel problem though. i drove the car to work after lunch and filled up the tank on the way. after i filled up its not stuttering like it was, but i still dont have power like i should and it has no acceleration after about 4500 rpm. but now it will run out to 6k in first and second

okay i checked my codes, n the only code i've got is 43 which is no suprise since my ignition screwed up and i hard wired a pushbutton start in.
