Hello,
Just wanted to post my opinion on the stage 3 f1 clutch from ebay. First i priced out a "oem" clutch kit from the cheapest local dealer here in ontario canada. I was figuring around the $200 range, BUT to my suprise the stock kit was $459.99+taxes!!!! I checked around on the net and read some threads and decided I would try the f1 off of ebay. I put it in on wednesday and holy shit. It grabs hard! It is definately a different feel but there is ZERO slipping! so, for the $280 canadian/shipped it was half the price and 3 times the clutch! I know that there are waaaay better clutches out there but i am on a budget so i figured i would share my thoughts for my fellow "broke ass" supra owners that will soon be in need of a clutch. I am glad I got to use my buddys shop with a hoist because it would have been a pain in the kiwi's doin er on the driveway. So on that note, I am pleased with the kit and recommend it over stock.

OH, I finally got to race my buddys 5.0 mustang and i beat em! (he has 4 grand into mods) i love it!!! i had a boner for hours! lol

didnt know there was a review section.... my bad. and i was just letting people know how mine was so far. I will be more than happy to post back monthly and let you know how things are. Once again, i bought it because i didnt have 1000+ dollars for a brand name one. I didnt post to bash the people who bought expensive ones, nor did i post to be bashed. Just thought i'd give my 2cents on it so far.

I bought the F1 Stage II and smoked it within 500 miles after a proper break in. I will NEVER buy an F1 Clutch again. Plus, the pressure plate was a stocker just repainted blue!

Rip-Off....!!!!

I have read in the "xtd clutch scam" in the sticky section that there are a lot of companies that use the stock pp housing for their kits. and there are people that have f1 clutch kits with 1000's of miles on them and they are still going strong. I think that the bang for your buck (459.99 for oem or 280.00 for the f1) f1 is a better choice. not saying that i know everything, but for a toy that i drive a few months a year, ill take my chances with the F1 for half of the price.
