exhaust sizes: 3" downpipe to 80mm catback

i'm wondering if it'll fit without exhaust leakage. 80mm is like 3.1" so i'm guessing it'll be fine but i don't wanna screw anything up.

recirculated BIC DDP
goin to a EDIT: RS*r gt2 cat-back

What do you use gasket wise?? Do any of you use that exhaust cement or 3 inch copper gaskets??
