exhaust manifold design

Hello guys.
I'm going new turbo setup next season and it's going to be something big (GT4202 or bigger). Of course I need new header so I have to decide between options:
1) divided housing, divided manifold, single wastegate (cheapest)
2) divided housing, undivided manifold, single wastegate, SP quick spool valve
3) divided housing, divided manifold, two wastegates (for each section).

What do you think will give me better spool? What difference in spool up is going to be between setups?

I know that I'm not going to get full boost till 5K anyways, but I would like to build something in Duane style. Weekend driver with ability to travel 100 miles to track without problems and kick some arses there...

PS: I'm interested in better spool-up using transbrake/2 step mostly...
