Exhausr systems?

hey everybody, my supra is an mrk 3 with a 7m-ge engine. i hav an exhaust leak where the converter connects to the normal piping. i just need to know wat type of system is recommended and wat diameter the piping needs to be? i want it to be as wide as possible without robbing the engine of performance. any suggestions are appreciated:icon_bigg

Usually 2.5" is the max for NA's, but some go 3" with the hopes to go turbo in the future.

Power gain is going to be minimal, so it comes down the looks, sound, durability, and price. Looks and sound are opinion based, durability is all the same as long as it's stainless, and price is a direct reflection of the fitment quality.

as far as sound goes i just want something that will giv a deep, agressive sound with out droning wen im on the high way. everything else i completely agree with. the price? doesnt matter as long as its proven to be a good product and i dont hav to spend more than 150$

I went with a flow master 2.5 has a great sound but does resonate as I did not put a resonator on there. I will add a cherry bomb as soon as I get the car back on the road after the body work and paint. You can get a single in dual out flow master if that is what you are after but you will want to put some tips on them to make them look better.

Also mine was $300 total with flow master muffler, magnaflow cat and custom bent exhaust pipe for the rest, that is from the down pipe back with a aftermarket downpipe. The only problem is they cut the lower flange off my down pipe and welded it to the new pipe and put no flanges on any of the system. So my exhaust was solid from the down pipe to the muffler, sucked when I had to pull the motor due to rod knock. So make sure they put flanges in so you can take the pipes apart.
