Ennis 1/4 mile 2/7 Anyone wanna go?

I know that there are atleast 6 of us going out there to see what we come up with. It's the first day that Ennis is open, staging lanes open at 11:30 and close at 6:00pm. If anyone needs some practice for TX2K9 this would be great for you! It's only $15 to race!

I'm going but my car is slow, so I would like to see some of you faster TX guys come out!!

Well it wasn't too bad, some S2000 blew up on the track and left oil all the way down the track so we had to wait 2 hours to run. I only got 1 run in, and it wasn't very good.

I ran 12.65@113.4 with 2.0 60' I was spinning pretty bad. At the top of third right before I shifted the car bucked a little then I shifted to 4th and then about 5krpms it bucked really bad and I just coasted across the line about 120'. If I had gone the entire way It should've been a at least 2-3mph more and atleast .2 quicker.

As I've never dragraced on a track, I probably would have bogged or spun real bad and been lucky to break out of the 15's LOL

Just repaired my EGR cooler gasket (felpro sucks BTW, the gasket was GONE), and I'm losing coolant :(

Damn I need a job....
