I just got my supra back from the shop. i rebuilt the motor, new head, metal HG stopper style, to4e 68 trim turbo. before i could get it back someone broke in and stole the screen to my profect e-01 boost controller. now i have the car back but its not running up to my expections. its REALLY slow starting out. It feels like it has the power to perform but just doesnt. also the turbo it hitting pretty good and hard.

What could possibly be wrong with the car that would make it run this way. Dose the profec e-01 need to be put back in to run right because i havent gotten a new one yet.

BTW.. the only code i remember it throwing was 52 but i dont think this is the problem.

PLEASE HELP

i'm sure the profec would help. i cant see how high i'm boosting because the gauge inside has been flatlined and the profec was my new gauge but it got stolen.

this car has been my project now for 2 years. i put in a new ECU and i now think that the problem is that it just needs to relearn everything. it seems to run a little better everyday i drive it. Could that be the real issue?

code 52 WOULD cause that issue

pulled timing = slow as piss

An ECU re-set is not going to do squat if you have a code 52.

In fact, what other codes do you have?

the mods done to my car are: new head, metal HG stopper style, to4e 68 trim turbo, high flow turbo elbow, hks downpipe, test pipe. 3 1/4 inch catback exhaust. yes its an open exhaust.
