Good condition motor, i was jsut wondering if the thing listed would make it fail....

I'd say you're screwed either way. If it's subject to high enhanced inspection (NYCMA) you're screwed because it's a loaded mode test. If it's subject to low enhanced (Upstate) you're still screwed, as the test includes a gas cap/evap/tampering inspection.

I think its kinda funny since ATL and pretty much everytown north of it has emissions..While my town 65miles south of ATL doesnt have emissions.Or pretty much anywhere below atl doesnt. Either of my cars would fail with flying colors.

over here in california, they visually inspect for an EGR and then they test the EGR, and if that EGR isnt working.... you fail right off the bat.
