Embedded computer to replace radio

Well I ran across this http://www.mini-box.com/mini-2440-Samsung-S3C2240-ARM9-Board-7-TFT
Its a small embedded computer with a 7" LCD touch screen that would fit right in where the radio sits.
Seems like it would work great for a MP3 player, video, and pictures. So anyone have any experience with these types of systems? Good or bad or thoughts?

Ive always thought about it, but never wanted to spend that much money into just getting a computer into my car. Plus I was always worried about boot times for short drives and such.

But when I was into it, I would drool over the systems these guys had. VVV

you'd probably have more expandability with a carputer running windows and buying a touchscreen display on ebay
