Electrical Problem

OK! So, I'm having troubles here. My headlights will turn on, but they wont turn off when i switch them to off. They'll stay on. i have to turn the car off. wait a bit. open my door, then turn the car back on again.
Also the headlights wont go down =/. I'm a noob.
any suggestions?

Get the factory EWD and a quality digital volt and ohm meter. Aka, Fluke.

Maybe your headlight relay is sticking on. Any "custom" lighting mods?

nope. its all stock

What Nick said. Based on the symptoms the problem could be either in the combination switch or integration relay 2.
