Well i pressure tested my system again in light of my recent turbo problem...this time i did it not the other place i had it done. I found one small leak in a coupler and noticed the EGR leaks a rather good amount of air...but its not on anywhere the hoses connect. Is this supposed to happen since the car is turned off so the VSV doesnt have control of what boost/vacuum the EGR see's or should it not leak any? Also i noticed it leaks around where the screws are. I assume this isn't good/right but i need someone to back this up.
Also, if this is a bad EGR, how much of a PITA is it to replace, both money wise and time wise. It seems like it would take awhile to get it off since its location just plain sucks.
