E brake help

hey was wondering, when i park my car on my driveway, it keeps rolling unless i put it in gear when i park + e brake. what part of the brake do i tighten in order to fix this, the e brake works by itself when i park on other peoples drive way's, but not mine, mines more steep i guess. heres a picture

Sounds like you just need to adjust the handle. There is a little nut thing on the side of it that you turn to tighten the cable attached to the handle.

Or you adjust the ebrake shoes at the rear wheels, the proper way. If you check through the section he linked to, it should have instructions some where in there.
