So I took my 89 turbo supra to the dyno (mustang dyno) today for the first time. I’m pretty pleased with the results.

under the hood my mod’s are full three inch exhaust from the elbow back, with no cat, intake, and a MBC. I am running with the LSD 4.3 Diff.
I don’t know how to post pics so i uploaded the graph on photo bucket

274 Hp to the wheels and 282 ft/ tq to the wheels.

Around 100 hp extra from stock at the crank just on simple mods for a reliable daily driver is very nice. I am far from my power goals / mods, but i am rather pleased .

Quick question in regards to fcd / fuel cut. Why is that between 2- 4 thousand rpms if i have the boost set at 12psi it is fine but after that it cuts out? I am sure there is a reason, I just don’t know why the system would allow 12 psi @ 3-4 grand, but not after. Does it have to do with the amount of load during the higher rpm’s?

Thanks.......

Higher load= more boost, Im betting if you watch you boost gauge closely, you'll see it inch up a 1lb or 2 right as it hits fuel cut.
