ok well as it turns out...
the switch is fine....as i was takeing the switch unit out tonight i put my hand on the wireharness and pushed while hitting the up on the switch and the window went up just fine....soooo....i came to the conclusion the harness was too loose....this is what i did...
i took some "3m scotchbran" tape...its like a thick plastic tape that you have to peel the waxpaper stuff off the plastic to make it stick....so anyway i took that tape and stuck two pieces on the wire harness inside the door.
stuck a piece on this side...
and a piece on this side
it made the plug fit pretty snug into the switch thingy lol.
it cured my problem......for now.
