Is there a hole in the pan itself? Or does it look like it's leaking around where the oil pan bolts onto the block? You may want to check into your local car parts store for an oil pan gasket.
Its leakin where the pan mates with the block. I used copper silicone to seal it on my last rebuild. I dont have the time to pull the engine to do the gasket since the my supra is my DD.

You may want to plan for that on one of you days off work, it sounds like that's what's going to need to be done to fix this problem. Trust me, I wouldn't half ass this fix. You may find some temporary fix that one of these guys will offer, but when it's all said and done, a new gasket will be needed. Sorry for the let down man.
