Just a quick question about the fuel tanks on our cars. I need to drain the 2+ year old gas out and was wondering if there was a drain in the bottom of the tank?

There is. If you have a lift its pretty strait forward.

Yes it has a drain, but you might not have to drain it. As long as the evap system is in good working order it might be fine...

I bought the car from selfinfliction July of last year and its sat ever since. I was just concerned because the fuel and vapor lines had not been capped since he pulled the engine somtime in '08.

And thanks on the drain plug info!

On another note. I am planning on letting my car sit for about 2 years while I work on it. Is there anything I can put in my tank after I drain it to stabalize it so it doesn't rust out or anything, or is something like this even needed?

As others have stated, yes there is a drain. Just use a 3/8 ratchet. I drained mine while it was on jack stands.
