The part that the door glass sits against when you open the door, it slides on it basically, its like a push/dampening device that keeps the glass from shaking when the door is shut, to be more specific, when you take the door panel off its held on by two 12(?)mm bolts on the top portion of the door and when you take it off its like a foam pad about the size of 1 sq. inch, i need that part since mine is already worn out and is not touching the glass, i tried adjusting it already it just doesnt want to do anything, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
