i had a turbo get starved of oil somehow? dont ask. do guys think the metal from between the shaft and bearing got in my motor? i would say ya. i drained my oil immediatly after this happened so it maybe only ran for 45 minutes.
do i have metal chips in my motor?

The same thing happened to my turbo...fipg instead of a gasket on the oil lines...:nono: My motor has been fine since it was replaced, and I didn't see any metal shavings come out when i changed the oil at the same time.
Turbo Bearings are non ferrous 
It would be rare for them to wear enough to shed crap into the oil system but wort case scenario is it might damage the Oil pump but the Filter should catch it before it damages the motor!
(as long as the filter isn't so blocked it's bypassing)
