One other thing I forgot to mention earlier regarding your EGR delete. If you still have your EGR stuff. Re-install it. It's removal yields minimal power gains and increases your chances of detonation. EGR is your friend.
There are a few options for the injectors.
1. Have them tested, clean, and flow matched. RC Engineering does it. You can go to their website for details. If I remember right, it was ~$24 per injector. There may be a company local to you that offers this service. There's a Diesel Shop here that does it.
2. I forget the name of it; but, there is an injector cleaner that shops use. When I was wrenching, we injected it directly into the fuel rail. Maybe a local shop can help you there.
3. Over the counter type injector cleaners. The kind you pour in to your tank. Results may not be what they claim; but, if that's all you can do...that's all you can do.
Option #1 will ensure reliability of your injectors and is a great aid in making decent power down the road.
One more thing regarding your MHG. If there is no damage, they can be reused; but, the Viton needs to be completely removed first. After removing it, it needs to be sprayed with Copper Spray. DO NOT spray copper spray on it without removing the Viton. Bad things will happen.
We all love to see pics. Post them up! And anytime you can improve on the look of the engine bay without compromising performance, it's a good thing!
And.....you're welcome. Glad I could help.
