Differential Noise in first

I got to dyno my supra for the first time and before i left i noticed a noise in first gear when turning, like making a right/left turn from a stop. It sounds like the diff is in lock and the outside wheel is trying to turn at the same speed as the inside. Any clues? Gonna pull the diff. off and do a inspection on it sometime this week.

my passenger half shaft hast about an 8th of an inch play in and out of the dif. and the other one the boot ring fell off the boot but it seams still good.
