Different catalytic converter lengths?

Does anyone have the dimensions of the different catalytic converter lengths? Specifically a California 89 Turbo compared to an 86.5 california cat? (i am speaking about the rearmost cat, for those that have a front cat also.) PLEASE HELP i have been trying to get this information forever but so far all i can get is the fact that there are different lengths, but nobody has the lengths themselves. Im trying to fit an 89 T exhaust on my 86.5 and its too long, and i am not sure how much i need to shorten it. I can take it to a shop and tell them to figure it out but everyone wants over 150 dollars!

As far as I know, the secondary cat is roughly 12" long. Chances are, you have some aftermarket parts under the car, or the exhaust was made to fit a car with aftermarket exhaust components under the car.
