I'm having a pretty serious issue With a dealer Who will remain Nameless, In the sake that I dont damage their reputation because they have a good selection of Aftermarket and custom parts. (If They Ever Get them in stock).
I'm looking for a braided SS Clutch line for a W58, I've only really looked up one dealer but I was looking for suggestions since Its been almost 2 1/2 months since I purchased it, and the dealer Sucks at Communication. :nono:

Well, without knowing who it is there's not too much in the way of specific advice that anyone is going to be able to offer. I can think of two particular vendors with whom others and I have had similar experiences... in those cases I found that the phone numbers belonging to the manager/owner was posted all over the place and I started leaving messages there and interrupted dinner a couple times.

I recommend you begin with firming up. Insist they let you know precisely what the reason is for the delay and when to expect the product. If they don't get back to you or miss that dead line inform them that you will be posting negative reviews on the related websites and ACTUALLY DO SO... empty threats are BS. Worst case insist on a refund and possibly notify the BBB, resellerratings.com, epinions.com, etc.

Good luck with it!

Well Basically Im thinking of asking for a refund. Plus Im going to probably leak a little information on the business. Unfortunately I found em on here. Its not like I had a particular deadline in which to have my line, But Since they were out of stock and had to have a new one made then shipped I think I've been pretty damn patient so far. Which vendors make the Line? Aside from 935..... oops!?!? :naughty:

My only experience with 935 was quite poor too. I ended up calling and emailing very frequently in order to get things resolved... persistence is the best thing I can advise (that and finding his phone number ;) ).

The guy who runs 935 is the only person... it's a one man show. A lot of what he sells is drop shipped from the manufacturer or made to order which isn't helped much by the fact that AFAIK it's not his only job. Rob is present on the forum though so reaching him shouldn't be too difficult; getting him to respond is another thing.
