Deal, or no deal? Should I make this trade....?

So I'm currently cleaning out my unneeded belongings and I'm selling my R/C car.

The car is worth about 325 brand new with the stuff I have for it. I'm trying to sell for 150 and have gotten an offer of a Mac Tools torque wrench.

Now I need a torque wrench and would love a good one like this one. Its 150 ft-lb, click type. Used only a handful of times and a year old.

I'm going to ask for the wrench and $50-100. Good Deal? Any one like or hate Mac Tools?

Haha, ya. Its a good time. Even now, as a 20 yr old its a blast. That thing gets up to ~25mph, which is actually rather slow, some can do 45+ no problem.

Although 25 is plenty to brake steering servos, bodies, wheels, axles.... etc. Especially when trying to do flips and barrel rolls. lol.

I've had some fun with it.

Really? I love craftsman for basic hand tools, but their torque wrenches apparently have a very consistent problem with the locking nut coming loose. :dunno:

The craftsman ones are 60 new. the mac tools are 275 FWIW.

im hardcore into r/c basicly to figure resell its like a 3rd of all the money youve ever spent on it r/c is such a bad hobby it eats all your money and you never get it back.

if that tq wrench is 275 new id do it.

my onroad (peak performance powered rs4-3) will prolly do like 50-55 my truck (custom motored stampede) will prolly do like 30-35 but it has alot of low end tq and mid range its not a good top end motor.

but hey it was a spare motor so im not complain

For what you could get on ebay you'd be able to get a nice new torque wrench, I don't trust used torque wrenches, I see how many people treat thier tools and its sickening. Also MAC isn't very good IMHO, I like craftsman a lot and snap on much better than MAC.

wow a lot of you really hate MAC, I for one do like their tools and agree about Craftsman Torque wrenches being horrible.
