compresion was at like 60 in cylinder two and three was low too. i put a drop of oil in cylinder two and it bumped the comression up for a bit. im thinkin worn rings? valve seals maybe.?

Two low pistons compression is usually a due to the hg being blown in between the two cylinders.

when i got the car it had one of those undredrive crank pullys off ebay that claims better performance. the problem with these is that the stock pully is also the harmonic balancer for the crank but the ebay junk is not (but dood it gives u 5 hoarspower!).SOOOO.. im pretty sure my unbalanced crank was to blaim for this whole dilema.

it's not the pulley do a leak down test and
look down the hole with a scope

I come from a land down under
The pully will thrash the bearings not the rings.

at 100psi low I'd be thinking mechanical damage as with a single bent valve I was dropping 15 psi.

My "guess" collapsed ring lands.

I would say bhg between the 2 cylinders is most likely, but a mechanical failure as others have suggested is very likely as well. Either way you have to pull the motor apart to fix the problem. Good Luck :) Hopefully its just a hg problem.
