Dash pot filter, throttle postion sensor and knock sensor

I think that is what I need to what I need to fix... Well fix all of them that is.
If each of these are bad would that screw up my turbo's performance?
If I fix it would everything be cool?
The dashpot filter dosn't have the white tip at the end so thats a problem.
Can I get that off any 7m-ge? the GTE is very hard to find where I live...
As for the others I am just going to read the BIG RED BOOK I GOT FROM THE DEALER HAHA THE BIBLE TO THE SUPRA so that helps alot =)
As for the Knock sensor... Ummm HUH? what is that?

IIRC all that is is a filter, just put a piece of cotton ball or similar up there.
