My name is Darin, this is the evolution of my 1986.5 Supra.

Back in 2005 my dad first bought the 1986.5 Toyota Supra from a customer of his with a blown headgasket. It sat until 2009 when he finally had time to fix it and him and I disassembled the engine and reassembled it as a project. Over the next few years my dad taught me how to drive manual in the Supra and eventually it became my summer toy during 2011 in my junior year of high school. Finally at the end of May 2012 I graduated high school and my dad handed over the keys and the title and I got my first car and joined the Mk3 community. Over the next few years I finally began modifying the car since I could now call it mine.

(List updated Oct 27, 2014)

My main project is to build a car that was fun to drive on the street but could also be taken out to the track to drift for a weekend and come home and still drive to work that Monday. The stock 7m-ge with coilovers and a welded diff didn't do too bad (I burned through 22 total tires over 2 days with a combined 9 hours of drive time) but I wanted more. I built the 7m-gte mainly for reliability rather than aiming for insane power levels. My plan is to try and get to a reliable 500 whp (keeping boost levels reasonable and not running the air fuel ratio too lean).

Pictures and more information to come throughout the next few days!
