cressida intake on supra 7m?

I was wondering if there was any difference between the supra 7m "Y-intake" and the cressida's single tube intake. Is there a difference in performance? Pros/cons? I was thinking of changing mine cause its a PITA to get to certain things under the supra's "y-intake" than the cressida's, since the TB is in the center, while the cress. is off to the side....
