crank no start, no inj pulse, no spark

hello, i just swapped a 7mge into my supra. It ran fine for an hour or so then it started to surge at idle, then it loaded up and ran very rough. Now it wont start at all and i have no injector pulse or spark. I have checked the resistances and air gaps in my distributor and both wires to the coil are hot. I have checked and checked and check and im drawing a blank...any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
