Okay, my cps was leaking oil, so i took it out to check the o-ring and it might be cracked. Well i put it back in and put everything else back and now the car isnt want to start at all, i moved it all the way up and down and it still didn't make a difference, should i take it back out and try to put it back in?

Yes. Reinstall the cps according to the TSRM.
You'll need to retime the ignition. Make sure to jump the diagnostic jumpers to set the timing.
