didn't read the thread but there is butter fly there under the plate that gives the 7m supra more bottom end and better top end this si why the cresda had less power cause it use the trubo intake manfold

teh y pipe feed 3 cyc each then when max power in inter dusted the butter fly opens give the runners max flow it pretty sweet idea this si why ti out flows the turbo ones

now if it was boostead as in stock boost whould it shoot lower i don't know

but yae you suppost to pop the plate of some times so you cna clean it up and stuff cause some times it can stick and shit and nto work right hope this helps cheers

oh that is so you can clean out the egr passage

just think if that was not there on how much of pain it be to clean that sucker out
and it work as a egr cooler plate

that's about it


and fi remmber right na's are suppost to run 89 octain and the turbo's 91
