also heard about a woman that sued starbucks awhile back for loss of companionship due to her hubby getting his pecker pinched in a crack in the toilet seat in one of their (starbucks) restrooms. she won too. :yelrotflm

That goes to show you that anybody can sue anybody and win. I knew that when I heard a person suing McDonalds for making him/her fat!!! What is this worl dcoming to???!!!

What's sad is there are judges not throwing these cases out and jury's out there awarding these people.

Sueing for loss of affection. That's funny. She can still blow him, her mouth didn't get burned.
