there is always coolant flowing out of my overflow tank and after a day of driving my radiator would be dry, car would be overheating, one more question my car also runs weak what should i do to it to make it run stong again, any suggestion guys, thanks.

If you have no coolant leaks...then you need to replace the head gasket.

start saving up for a HG job...and please do it proper..meaning send the head out to get machine,milled..etc..use arp studs..dont buy a hg yet..let the machine shop tell you the size hg you will need...all depends on how much they shave off the head..DO NOT TORQUE HEAD FROM THE TOYOTA SPEC..TORQUE 80-85 pounds

Head milling cost me about $45 when I repaired my BHG.

You can get by simply having it machined, but a few hundred dollars is money well spent for new valve seals, a little valve work, a good cleaning, etc. I'm sure you'll kick yourself if you find a little smoke out the tailpipe in 6 or 12 months is due to leaking seals and you passed on the chance to take care of it while the head was for for the HG. Just my .02.

Of course... Check your radiator cap as well (pressure test it).

How old is your radiator? Check your fan how much free play does it have? Change the rad cap and you might as well change the thermostat while your at it. If those things dont solve your overflow issue ............ My friend you have a bigger problem::bhg::
