I was blowing coolant through the exhaust and i thought it might be the turbo (figured i would change it and hope for the best) it fixed the problem for a short while. However i was driving it today and the coolant light came on ( birdhouse looking one lol) and i noticed some white smoke coming out the exhaust again it only happens when it at normal temp and it idles for a three or four minutes then i hit the gas and white smoke comes out i drive it for a bit and it clears up. Starting stages bhg?? help!!

If it is a BHG, (pretty much certain at this state) its not starting stages. It's already very severe.

Check under your oil cap and in your PCV running over the valve covers to see if you've got milky gunk buildup. Let the car sit for a few hours and crack the drain plug, see if you get water/coolant out first before oil. This will let you know if you're getting coolant mixing with your oil at least.
