I doubt the cold start time switch or the cold start injector your problem. The cold start injector only pumps fuel while you're cranking the engine.... unless it's leaking it's not powered once the car is running. If you're having trouble starting the car one of those could be to blame, but as long as the injector isn't leaking it's not what's causing your driveability issues.
