cold start injector

is it posible/ok to run with out a cold start injector. reason im asking is im in the process of puting every thing back to gether after a fixed BHG well the cold start injector in the mean time got damaged... I live in hawaii where tempitures rarely drop below 60F so do i realy need this or could i just cap it off and go with out???

I think you might be ok. You still might experience some harder than normal starts but since it is warms temps you could get away with it IMO

I used to experience hard starts even in the summer time without my CSI. it gets old giving it gas to idle

well i call my local toyota dealer for a price quote and they said $328 thats crazy so after a quick look on ebay found one for $20 used i think i like that price better...i was just going to go with out it but changed my mind

ya thats a really bad idea. Just get the used one.
