code 51..... again

well after 3 months trouble free after my knock sensor rewire, its back! started intermittent, then it will go away after i shut it off, then restart. but as soon as i hit bost, CEL on. so i checked out my wiring, and for the hell of it i resoldered the connections at the ECU.. no avail. i'm going to try tomorrow at the sensors, but i'm doubtful. any idead ( both sensors are new)

isn't code 51 tps related?
code 52 i believe is the knock sensor.
i'm getting the same code.
My rear knock sensor is loose, i can turn it by hand.
I'm guessing that's my problem.
anyone care to chime in?

if you are indeed getting the code 51, double check by tsrm to see if the tps sensor is reading correct, you might have to calibrate it.

52 deals with the knock sensor.

make sure u dont over torque ur knock sensor. they dont like that. i was lucky enough to have my code 52 just be fixed with the install of a new knock sensor.

tighten up your knock sensors by hand and give them one good turn with a wrench. make sure ur connections are good and good luck if u have to do the re-wire.

My bad it is code 52...... i am about to rewire them... again to see if that helps, i'm also going to retourqe them.
