The last two times I've driven the Supra it's suddenly died while driving. I -think- both times were when I was letting off to slow down to a stop and it just suddenly dies but I can start it up again fine.

Checked for codes and all I got was a 41 which tbh I have no idea how old that could be (haven't had any issues in a long time) so cleared it, drove it a little bit and it didn't die that time, checked again and no codes. So the 41 may or not be related, not 100% sure.

No other issues with it, no bogging etc, does not seem to be related to boosting. Pretty much can a 41 (TPS) cause the engine to die while driving or is it something else?

Fully rebuilt 86 (factory) 7mgte

My condolences. Hope things are getting back to normal down there.

Your problem is very likely something else but if the code comes back the conditions that set it are 1) short or open in VTA (less than 100 mv or greater then 4.8 volts) or 2) VTA exceeds 1.5 volts with IDL low (closed).
