Well, in one technician training manual, it does list a Hz spec. I assume you should do this while in neutral, with out a load.
30 Hz at 700 RPM
90 Hz at 2500 RPM
170 Hz at 4000 RPM
The frequency should get faster with engine speed. I don't know where the voltage is supposed to be. But in the EFI section of the repair manual, I know it shows voltages and the pin connectors. So check there.
