Code 24 & 31 Thrown

:1zhelp:Hey guys, well just the other day moving my car around in the garage the check engine light went on and the car started running like shit. reallyy rich. i know its dumpin all kinds of fuel it doesnt need. I got that it threw codes 24 and 31. for air temp sensor and air flow meter. both those parts are eliminated cause the car has an HKS VPC. i dont know how it could throw a code for parts that were eliminated. i cleared the codes and tried to change the fuel % that it pulls and its still ran like shit. hesitant when you got on the throttle and at full throttle it only built about to 2700 maybe 2780 ishh.. :1zhelp:

Well, if it's anything like the MAFT Pro setup, the VPC isn't getting a signal out to the ECU as soon as the ECU is looking for one... thus the error. The only way to get rid of thiese codes in this case is to power the VPC up a second or two BEFORE the ECU gets power.

Does the VPC supply a THA signal to the ECU? If not you'll also need to add a resistor to get rid of the code 24.
